Known PDF File IssuesAll of our Adobe Acrobat PDF files are created with Adobe 7.0 standard or later. If you experience errors while viewing these files or can't open a file with your current Adobe Acrobat reader please download and install the latest Adobe Acrobat reader.
If you are an AOL customer and receive a "Forbidden Access Error" when you attempt to download the .PDF file this is an AOL issue. The workaround is to download the file using something other (Netscape or MS Internet Explorer browser) then the AOL browser.
