The Fund Index is maintained in partnership with Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Data pertaining to warranty deeds, special warranty deeds and general deeds are provided by Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and used by Fishkind & Associates, Inc. in the development of The Fund Index.

The Fund Index is updated mid monthly, and represents year-over-year growth trends for the volume of closed units on the market and average prices paid.

The Fund Index is a useful economic tool to gauge short term direction of and magnitude of local real estate trends. The Index currently tracks 29 Florida Counties, with additional Counties being phased in over time.
